Working towards recovery
I am about 4 months into a separation from a covert narcissist wife. We have been married for 15 years and in 2013 I was diagnosed with PTSD and Trauma Binding from a licensed therapist. I never really knew what that was and we continued to live life married. And I was continually being verbally and mentally abused. In 2015 we went to counseling again and the counselor told me I was being gaslighted and that began to open my eyes to what was really going on. It’s been such a journey to this point and i don’t know what tomorrow will bring, but I am so grateful for this podcast. It has served as a life source for me and has helped give me solid footing in the healing journey. Thank you for being open and continuing this podcast. It has helped me so much.
