The Trump Justice Department secretly subpoenaed Apple to obtain phone data belonging to Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee as part of a leak investigation. Now, Attorney General Lisa Monaco is asking the Justice Department’s Inspector General to investigate the handling of these subpoenas. Plus, a group of 10 bipartisan senators signal that they have reached a compromise on an infrastructure package -- but the proposal faces an uncertain future in both chambers of Congress.
