Sinead opens up about dealing with a foot niggle before the buildup and rebuilding fitness and headspace setting off. She goes into life inside the hotel bubble, including the differences in COVID testing between Melbourne and London, wearing the bump collar, interacting with other athletes before finally getting into raceday. Sinead gives insight to dealing with the torrid weather forecast and conditions, trying to warm up and the stark differences of the two sides of the race loop and the difficult job the pacers had that day along with GPS watch error, her strategy for a lapped course and what the wind really felt like at St James Park.
