Andy gives an overview for his plans for the years ahead, including world cross and getting into the marathon before going into stories about how his parents were huge influence on his life, growing up with running and Brady, staying with running and meeting coach Scott Westcott. Andy then shares how he trains and structures his weeks and shares the satisfaction that comes from teaching and training young kids and what he would change at World Athletics to make it more accessible for the public.
