Linden Hall secured her spot for Tokyo in the women’s 1500m, winning the National Title in 4:07 over Abby Caldwell and Gen Gregson. James Nipperess left it all on the track taking the Men’s Steeplechase, edging Ben Buckingham all within the final stretch.
