Sinead Diver

Great to see those masters records fall. Sinead beat the 40 and 45 records by minutes. The women who owned those records had doping bans or suspicious associations. Good to see those records legitimized.

Just okay

I listened mainly for the Shoe Geeks episodes, but they are limited to the shoes that are available in Australia, so not the latest or widest selection. Aside from that, it’s a very typical three dudes on a podcast format - lots of awkward interruptive talking at the same time. Intro/outro song goes on for waaaaaay too long.

Jamie Hartop ,

Insight, banter

This podcast really has it all, I can listen when just relaxing around the house, stretching, going on an easy jog or long run.

The boys each have the distinct podcast personalities and love how they don’t take themselves too seriously, aside from Moose. I look forward to the weekly running recaps as if they are a story of each host’s running journey, the training takeaways, the joking, and finally the top quality interviews. Brady and the gang make you feel like you are right there alongside them and genuine motivate me keep at it.

These provide great inspiration and entertainment for myself and many, many other runners around the world and once you start one episode, it’s hard to stop
