Once Upon a Timeline is an invaluable resource!

I have listened to so many of the video editing podcasts, Once Upon a Timeline is the only one I take seriously. Yes, Paddy does promote his online classes but there is so much to be gained from listening to these episodes. He is giving first hand, very personal viewpoints on some of the more intangible aspects of editing. The podcast is not only informative, it is also very encouraging.

Love this podcast!

The Inside the Edit website is amazing and so is this podcast. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn more about editing.

Empty calories, all carbs no protein

Padding, double-talk, unedited circular wandering. The host has been talking for 15 minutes already in the ‘shot selection’ episode and hasn’t. talked. (really) about. shot selection. Maybe he’s stretching due to lack of actual content but even if that’s the case a shorter ep. would be a better ep. Keep it moving. Don’t be so much in love with your voice. Cut it down. This is all carbs, no protein.
