Description
Jude is an accredited mental health social worker, counsellor and therapist. In this week's episode, she shares with listeners her journey leading to working in perinatal and infant mental health. She talks about some of the challenges working in that space and what it can bring up for you about your own childhood and relationships within your family. Jude discusses some of the main theoretical frameworks that she uses in her work and talks about how she integrates them when working with parents and babies.
