Description
The Master puts the students in a unique training in a professionally demanded field. Students can apply the new techniques of Haute cuisine to the cooking of rice, developing creative and sensory skills for the creation of contemporary rice and acquiring a broad base on the physical-chemical processes involved in the development of them. The students will specialize in Mediterranean Haute cuisine and in the elaboration of rice dishes knowing their implantation in the Spanish gastronomy. You can acquire fundamental knowledge about traditional rice cuisine. You will know the main products that are involved in the preparation of rice; raw materials, production areas, processing, peculiarities, cooking techniques, etc. The classes will be taught by high level teachers. More than 50 professional chefs of reference, recognized with all kinds of distinctions and specialized in Haute cuisine and in the preparation of paellas and rice dishes that will be taught: Masterclass, master classes, practical sessions and training visits.
