Let’s be clear, there aren’t any magical nutrition solutions. If things “work” for people it’s because it’s a strategy that they can do and that makes a difference. The end.  So why does intermittent fasting get such a good review in the weight loss space? Lots of the claims about it aren’t evidence-based (meaning that we don’t have compelling human studies that show benefit).
