I started listening to Dr. Cabral about 6 mos ago when I was searching for intermittent fasting. I love all his podcasts which are full of information on every aspect of your health. I listen everyday.

Don’t waste your time on this podcast. No new insights and a lot of anecdotal opinions on fasting! Try Dr Jason Fung or Dr Gundrys podcast instead.

Greatly researched Dr. Easily understood and informative without the need for foul language. Very helpful. Doesn’t push one size fits all program and doesn’t push his products as an answer to everything. Great show!!!!

Stephen Cabral is NOT a medical doctor. I can find no evidence of him having received an advanced degree of any kind. Very helpful podcast without the dogma great advice that includes differences of women & men. Breakfast is important for me & skipping dinner easier first podcast I’ve heard that doesn’t advice have to skip breakfast to fast. Many thanks

In two month have lost nearly 20 lbs. A1c has also gone crime being elevated to within normal range. Quality of sleep has improved as have issues with long term knee pain from the Army. I’m currently only using 12 hour daily fasts and haven’t decided whether to try a 24 hour fast.

This podcast really goes in depth on intermittent fasting. It helped me to understand at a deep level how to intermittent fast, why I should do it, when I should do it and for how long. I believe fasting is an important aspect of health and this podcast helped me get deeper.
