Grateful
I found your episode on our traditions surrounding grief (“Life, Loss and Libations”) a moving celebration of life and our culture. It took me home, made me think of my mother. My mother was raised by her great grandmother, a strong black woman whose parents survived the Civil War. Including her great grandchildren, my mother is a living link spanning eight generations. Her stories paint a picture of our family’s grit, resilience and dignity. Your episode helped to put my mother’s stories into a broader cultural context. You helped me see her extraordinary life with even more appreciation. Thank you. I am recently widowed and was deeply moved.

I get your commercial on every show I listen too, and I always want to throw up, thanks for always ruining my lunch. Your agenda is gross.

Interesting take on politics and what drives people to vote the way they do. It’s not all red vs blue. Liberal vs conservative. Lots of grey - not everyone is the same
