“I recommend listening to this podcast if you enjoy the topic of investing, like to read and seek to be exposed to areas and concepts you may be missing. I started listening to ILTB with some reservation. I thought it would be just another outlet to hear the same guests from other more established podcasts. I was wrong. Patrick is an excellent interviewer and his conversations with guests almost always end up unlocking some kind of thought train that takes me to unintended, unexplored areas ripe with potential. I use the podcast as a reference guide to books and subjects worth exploring. I use it as a Cliff's Notes version for areas I am not able to get into immediately. As an investment professional, I use it to expand my reach into non-finance subjects in a non-intimidating context. Lastly but importantly, the shows are packaged superbly. Their duration is respectful of the listener's time. Patrick also seems to have mastered verbal ticks that plague far more established podcasters. This adds profoundly to the perceived quality of conversations. If you can listen to only one investing podcast, make Invest Like the Best it! You will not be disappointed.
