In this episode, Karen Killalea and Ciara Ní Longaigh provide an overview of the key provisions of the Work Life Balance and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2023 (the "2023 Act"). The 2023 Act was signed into law on 4 April 2023; however, it is not yet effective and is subject to further commencement orders. A code of practice will also be published in the coming months regarding remote working.
