“This may sound like an odd thing to praise, but I greatly appreciate the straight-forward subscription cancellation process. I do enjoy the short free podcasts, in particular the way to kill two birds with one stone (news and brush up on my Italian). I subscribed to the fuller offering, and through no fault of my own wasn't using it. Like many I have more subscriptions than I can use and find the process of cancelling usually makes me never want to subscribe to anything again. This cancellation was two simple clicks, and for that I am grateful enough that I am here writing a positive review. It is a demonstration of honesty in the product in my view. I did not give five stars only because I can find it a bit dry, and the free podcast is indeed short, but it's news, and it's a way to learn words you may not come across on your vacation to Italy. So I recommend both the free and paid subscription, and best of all, you can cancel easily if you do choose!”Read full review »
