Recently I have been doing a digital detox. I don't use any electrical, or digital device for the whole 2 weeks. instead, I have been using natural materials such as writing, drawing, reading books, and working on crafting projects. it has made a huge improvement in my mental health. other include other topics.  I enjoyed talking about my week and discussing some topics.
