ReemJ ,

Insightful

Super insightful! I especially enjoy the challenging topics, as well as the unique people brought in to speak in the yoga world. A must listen show for those in the yoga community. Thank you J Brown! My only constructive feedback to you J Brown, is to refrain from continuously interrupting your hosts when they speak and are in the middle if a train of thought. It is distracting to me as a listener and can come off as disrespectful- we won’t know what the individual is trying to channel to us.

Love the current direction and theme of the show. J has really seemed to grow into his role as a podcast host and teacher.

Love this show

Love this show because there is such a wide range of stimulating topics and guests. Just listened to Andrew Eppler’s show from August 6, 2023 and he seemed so wise and really went deep Into philosophy. They really got into the heart of yoga. Thank you J. Brown for keeping it real!
