Anti masker and always comparing himself
Do not listen to this terrible podcast - J Brown clearly has massive insecurity complexes and cannot stay on point while interviewing his subjects but rather constantly self references and compares his own teaching to his guests who are more accomplished than he is. Additionally he is terribly trans phobic see the episode with Katchie Ananda and her hate rhetoric he gives airtime to. And to top it all off he is an anti-masker and mentions that although his children want to wear masks in public and seem to be more intelligent to public health and science than he himself is that he thinks all his kids should go to school without mascon. In a nutshell he is an insecure self referential yoga practitioner and teacher that cannot stay on point, promotes hate speech, and does not exhibit intelligence that makes this podcast worth your time listening.

This is something that is getting lost, or a best muddled, in the current yoga culture. While it is wonderful...Read full review »
