“Chris and Stephen are the foremost experts on shochu in English and do a great job sharing on this podcast. They go into a lot more detail than you can find elsewhere online (and sometimes more than in their books). If you’re even a bit interested in shochu or other Japanese distilled drinks, this is your best resource. I find their conversational style smooth and inviting, and it’s pure info and opinion without any gimmicky editing or superfluous guests. 5-stars!”
