To you, who fought for good governance
To my listeners who are dismayed by the turnout of elections, I'm sending you virtual hugs through this podcast. You all fought well and you don't deserve to be invalidated for your feelings of dismay. The past few months have been stressful for us. We've lost friends and families, even our own voices to chant our heart's desires for the government and none of it has been easy. I hope that this podcast may ease you in some ways and remind you to continue to be hopeful despite the hopelessness of the world.
All love, Jean Mari -

In this podcast I will be talking about the different types of labels and how it is important in determining where you stand in a person's life and what are the boundaries you both shouldn't cross. -
Why are some of us unhappy?
It has not been that long since the last time I've uploaded a podcast episode.
A few days ago, I was pondering about a question my friend asked me, "Why is being sad addicting?" and I realized a lot of stuff and to me, the reason why being sad is addicting because it’s easy. It's the most convenient feeling in the world. But what if happiness is just allowing ourselves to appreciate the simple stuff and to be grateful about the simplest things that make us happy? Join me in this podcast as we talk about the reason why some of us are unhappy. -
Is it okay to be friends with the opposite sex when you’re in a relationship?
If you’re there for friendship and nothing else, you must act accordingly. There will be times where we need to set pretty clear boundaries with our friends of the opposite sex, in fact, there should be boundaries.
