I have developed a much healthier relationship with food since I started listening and incorporating principles into my daily life. I am also very tall (6’1” tall) and now weigh 158lbs (previously 170lbs). I am stronger and leaner at age 51 then I was in my thirties when I ran everyday but ate crap.
