Employers Must Wash Hands, with Michael Cruz, Partner and Creative Head at Summer Friday
Listen now
Description
Michael Cruz, Partner at Summer Friday and Creative Head,  joins the podcast to discuss why he credits his agency’s unprecedented success as a startup during COVID to its innovative employee culture. His previous agency, DRUM, closed suddenly in April of 2020, leaving nearly 80 people without jobs and many clients with lost retainers. Summer Friday was born out of the ashes of DRUM and, in just one month, saved ex-employees from financial devastation while ensuring DRUM's clients got what they paid for. Michael talks about the responsibility of employers to grow their employees and how he is approaching company culture differently at Summer Friday.
