I recently stumbled upon Harry on youtube and it’s been so enjoyable to watch all the Jog on videos. Really uplifting and motivating! I can’t wait to binge on the podcast during my next run!

I have but one gripe. Stop referring to “winning” and “racing” parkrun. Fine if you want to come first and great if you get a PB, but those behind you become losers if you won, and that’s not how parkrun works. As a pole dancer, aerialist and performer I found the podcast with Beckie Dunn engaging and enjoyable. However, I found her opinion on exotic pole to be ignorant and two-dimensional.
