Life saver!!!!!!

This has been sooooo good to listen to with my 9year old son. It verbalized things that he experiences and then we can’t all about them and figure out ways to work WITH his adhd and not against it. He feels so seen and validated. I would give it 100 stars if I could.

never rong guy ,

So good!

I’m so glad I found this podcast for my 13 year old daughter! She can really relate to each episode we’ve listened to so far, and I can tell she appreciates feeling like she isn’t alone.
