Rittenhouse-Why did I expect an unbiased, factual assessment of this case? My bad. Won’t be back for any more Seasons. Durst Trial Seasons-Well done! The depth of expertise, production, explanations and analysis were helpful.

Can u do the Johnny Depp trial next?

If you subtract the host’s verbatim pre-reading of audio from the video’s played in court, roughly 5-7 minutes of content. Plus there’s a NPR vibe to the opinion of the host. Nothing direct, but it fairly obvious where he’s leaning.

Listening to the Kyle Rittenhouse trial season and am interested in hearing an unbiased podcast about it, but this isn’t unbiased. The dripping contempt for the defendant is blatant. The words and phrases used make their personal opinion of the trial obvious. I wish it could just be a fact based...Read full review »

This is hands down my favorite podcast. I have shared the Durst coverage with a dozen people. I wish the latest season did not have these short episodes! I would rather wait a week then listen to 15 minutes which in 12 minutes is content. Still rated it a five though because I love it.

Good grief! I wouldn’t have her for my defense attorney. She says clearly rosenbaumb wasn’t armed because he was wearing shorts! Good gawd woman! How dumb can you be??! Hyped up on cigarettes??? Yeah... ppl are high on Marlboros and getting into gun fights. Geez.

Heard your message about the shorter shows but they are now too short😢 I’d rather have less show’s and one long one so the content isn’t broken up like it is now.

I started listening because of the Robert Durst case but I really enjoy the coverage of each trial so far with the exception of the Rittenhouse trial-why such short episodes when there’s so much content to include. Please give us more!!

I love this podcast but in my opinion the episodes are way too short. Especially since this podcast covering trials.

I have loved your previous trials but not enjoying the Rittenhouse as there seems to be biased reporting. It’s very evident you believe Kyle got preferential treatment.

Prosecutor: Did you kill Susan Berman? Bob: No Prosecutor: But if you had you would lie about it correct? Bob: Correct 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼 LOVED this podcast until the interviewing of juror Carmen Kletecka. I love the daily updates with recordings of the trial highlights. Regarding Durst, the verdict has been vacated and Bob is innocent. Galveston (love that song) was self defense. These creeps in Georgia are another matter. Guilty Guilty Guilty

Absolutely love this show. I’m a paralegal student and this gives me my fix for high intensity courtroom showdowns. Please cover the Kristen Smart trial.

I really like this podcast!! I've listened to all of it and I love the commentary too. One thing that makes me laugh is Linda Dunakouski's way that she always says "oookay" 😂. She did a great jobRead full review »

Always the 1st podcast of the day I listen to! Keeps us informed about important and interesting trials of the day. An important listen to see truly how the criminal justice system works in the United States. Thanks Kary and team❣️

Kary Antholis brings his A game to every episode of this excellent podcast. The guests are also outstanding and the trial coverage is comprehensive. Fantastic listening.

… it is too long (50+ episodes) and repetitive. Season 1 was not too bad but season 2, especially with the addition of a host to chat about the case, was too much.

Great information for those of us who are not familiar with the legal processes or who have never been to a trial.

Apple podcast app is rubbish, but mine the less, the verdict was given on episode 18 out of 33????? Otherwise it was brilliant until the massive spoiler in the middle!

Interesting during the trial. Keeping it going weeks after the verdict is a bit odd, in my opinion.

The episodes keep getting shorter and shorter with less purpose for each episode. And the amount of ad space keeps increasing. I finally unsubscribed today. The ads were driving me nuts.

The host is great but the legal analyst - Paul something is AWFUL. So hard to listen to. Choppy weird way of talking. Ugh. I can’t do it!

The podcast is good, but I am sick of sitting through commercials for big oil companies. (Especially ones claiming that they help the environment.) I understand you need funding do your pod, but get it elsewhere.

As a well informed person (or a medical, legal, police or other subject matter expert), have you ever watched a TV show or listened to a podcast and found that you understand the subject matter better than the host/show writers? Nothing is more frustrating! This will not be the case here....Read full review »

Half of the episodes are recapping the previous episode. The ads take up a lot of time and the new information in each episode is maybe 10-15 minutes of the full episode time. Poorly written.

Beautifully presented and researched this podcast gives us an insight into not just the extraordinary mind of mr Durst but also the American legal system

A stellar podcast examining the trial of one of the most callous crimes in America. Contrary to reviews about the extent of repetition in each episode, I found it necessary to maintain a clear narrative of the events that took place. I wait with bated breath for each and every episode- a terrific podcast! Kary keeps the listener sitting on the edge of their seat and makes one feel like you’re sitting in the courtroom- I don’t want it to end! His other podcast Firebug is amazing as well!

So glad that Durst was found guilty and justice LONG overdue is now exacted. It’s a travesty that he was not convicted in Texas. Lewin is an avenging angel.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this podcast and now…GUILTY!! This is so satisfying. FINALLY this dirtbag is being held accountable for ONE of his crimes. Adios, Bob 👋🏼

I wish he was an actor because I would look up everything he’s been in and binge it all. His ability to catch Durst and hold him there, confronting the truth, is performance art. Some of the worst analyses/evaluations of a trial that I have ever heard. Every time the hosts speak at the end it is about things that have NOTHING to do with the elements of the crime. Praising the prosecution the entire time. I only listened to this for clips from the trial—definitely not for...Read full review »

I really enjoy this show but the addition of Brittany as cohost just doesn’t work.
