Repetitive and Objectively biased
The number of times the same clips from past episodes and same discussions recur in future episodes is frustrating to say the least and annoying at best. The podcast exhibits strong prosecutorial bias and is happy to rag on the defense team while praising Lewin even when Lewin’s comments during certain examinations are exemplary of unethical methods and, in some instances, are prime examples of prosecutorial misconduct. The way the podcast is framed (despite the actual trial result) gives the listener no opportunity to make up their own mind. While I posted the negative comments first, there are some positives. it is interesting to listen to clips of the testimony shortly after it occurred. I also did enjoy Charlie Bagli’s commentary.

I started listening because of the Robert Durst case but I really enjoy the coverage of each trial so far with the exception of the Rittenhouse trial-why such short episodes when there’s so much content to include. Please give us more!!

Interesting content, but divided into hundreds of small episodes, and then mixed with filler / ads, for no discernible reason. If someone edited out the filler, and stitched the content together, it would be really good. As is, it’s okay, in my opinion
