Well done! Includes intelligent commentary on legal strategy. Court TV for lawyers!
As a well informed person (or a medical, legal, police or other subject matter expert), have you ever watched a TV show or listened to a podcast and found that you understand the subject matter better than the host/show writers? Nothing is more frustrating! This will not be the case here. Enjoyable for listeners not schooled in law, but also for listeners with a deep understanding of law. Commentary is informative and accurate, and very insightful! Episodes are thorough and don’t reduce a full day of court proceedings to a sound bite. Additionally, the cases selected are of intense general interest and also contain extremely complex legal issues. I’ve listened to every episode of the first season at least twice. I was very pleased to see this podcast tackle the Ahmad Arbery case. As well as illuminating an atrocious crime, I anticipate this podcast will cover the legal nuances that will not make this prosecution as easy as it should be. I am not able to spend my days watching a trial even when they are televised and I am grateful that this podcast allows me the opportunity to hear as much of the actual legal proceedings as possible and to enjoy a highly entertaining, critical discussion of the proceedings. The only thing that would be better than listening to this podcast would be to a part of it. (Retirement dreams). Please keep up this important service. I am a fan of podcasts in general and have listened to as many as possible covering numerous subject areas and I can hands down say this Absolutely the Best Legal Podcast! Interesting content, but divided into hundreds of small episodes, and then mixed with filler / ads, for no discernible reason. If someone edited out the filler, and stitched the content together, it would be really good. As is, it’s okay, in my opinion

Heard your message about the shorter shows but they are now too short😢 I’d rather have less show’s and one long one so the content isn’t broken up like it is now.

The reason they could never find Morris blacks head is because Robert durst shot him In The back of the head, execution style, he knew that would convict him. My feeling is you will never find the head. This is a very good podcast, I look forward to each new episode. 👍🏻 thank you.
