barely scratching the surface
Kevin is a sweet guy and a solid host, but there is remarkably little substance within most of these 65 minute episodes. It sounds like Kevin is pulling teeth out of the most awkward English-speakers he can find in Japan. On top of that, most of these topics could be entire podcast series onto themselves, so I get so excited by the title of a new episode (because there’s so much to cover) but walk away disappointed every time. Sorry Kevin! You’re great, but you’ve gotta pick ‘em better!

Kevin's podcast is in a fun, professional, and relaxing format that covers many topics and areas in Japan. He has a voice for radio and is very easy to listen to. He also interacts with his listeners. Check it out!
