“i’m a huge fan of this podcast and its bonus episodes are well worth subscribing to. the hosts put so much into tracing the history of stephen king’s life and those in his orbit. i recently got to attend the theatrical premiere of The Stand in santa monica (yes i was there for 8 hours) which ended with a q&a with mick garris, who has adapted a ton of steve’s books, moderated by mike flanagan. i wouldn’t have known what a total genius mick garris was without listening to the bonusodes of just king things, where cameron often sings his praises. it was such a cool experience to hear garris talk about his work, including some of the stuff i also heard about first on king things! and yes afterward i shook his hand- i did it for cameron”
