“Every time I listen to your podcast. It brings me back to memories of what I did in the past. How much effort and energy it takes for me to build a life I desire and try to stay mindful. I do get anxiety and I keep telling myself what exactly my mind is feeling and I try to find solutions to every problem I have with my well being and mental health. Like emotional neglect by my mom. My dad try his best to be a good parent and not cause me more mental health. I’m in my 30’s and my mom stop being to harsh on me. My mental health is slowly healing here and their. But my Korean mom and step dad still nag me and it cause me more triggers. That I’m trying to figure out how to avoid near future. Whenever I’m in trigger burn out I listen to good songs that calms me down and your podcast and listening to good videos that’s worth listen to about Life subject relate on TikTok.
