Love this Podcast! If Jim has something to share, he shares it. I always get something of inspiration out of his podcasts. This is my go to podcast! He has a nice voice too! Good Job Jim! Thanks for doing this!

Audio issues

Audio is extremely low. Blows my eardrums if I turn up to listen and any driving directions or notification sounds go off

Provides great insights into keto and shares his personal journey. You can tell he pours his heart and energy into the podcast. I also really enjoy the fact that he has no sponsors and is therefore unbiased and not motivated by outside sources.
