Makes that four page oxalate list I was handed decipherable

After my stone was analyzed, my doc (whom I love) handed me a four page list of oxalate foods. I was so confused. What’s high, what’s low? Jill has really made it all make sense and, with her information I feel confident that I can make these healthy changes in a very livable way. Shout out to her recipes on her site. I subscribed to her meal plan and my family is very impressed at how good the food tastes despite no salt, pre-prepared items, or our beloved spinach (RIP). Grateful to her devotion to this topic.
