ABon takes the reins of Dungeon Master in her homebrewed world of Iridiana. We focus to the south west of the mainland, the elven kingdom of Avonlea. The fear of dragons was far more common in Avonlea than the other three countries. With more than 600 years of fighting a gruesome war with these creatures, the deepest of scars were left on the world around them. However we venture to a little hovel of a home in Waveridge, a city nestled in the mountains, a several day trip just north of the capital. Here we meet our first player, Shainsaw, with his character Ax’l of Rondo, an old man whose bones are far too old for adventuring…

I just started not long ago, and I’ve binged up through about episode 28-29 of season one so far. These guys are real players. They paint a legit story, they’re true to their characters, and there is enough humor to keep it light and strike a good balance. The story is as well developed as a novel, so hat tip to the DM, too. I love the chemistry and can’t wait to keep going. It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to play, but I’d love to play with these guys. Thanks for this podcast, fellas. Addendum: I’m now about halfway through campaign 3. It has undergone some dramatic changes from one campaign to the next, but I have to say this - I wish I was friends with these guys. They aren’t just entertainers. They just seem to be overall cool guys who do some good work through their rolls for humanity. Don’t get me wrong. Shainsaw is a lunatic, but it’s in the best possible way. I literally jumped up from my bed early one morning and said, “I AM KRISTOFF SHINDO!” If I could afford to, I’d be throwing money their way, so I hope others are able to support their efforts. Also, I’ve been struggling with health issues, and this podcast keeps my spirits up and gets me through ugly hours and days, so I just wanted to say thank you for that.

So I can’t exactly listen. I was so excited because it was clean!!!! And then I when to play an episode. All are explicit ☹️. So I can’t exactly tell you how the show is its self, but based off the episodes I think that the show should be rated explicit.

Hey LawfulStupid army. I joined your ranks earlier this week and love it! I had to stay home from work today, and I am happy to say that this increase my LS time by a lot.
These guys are super funny, knowledgable about the game, and easy to visualize. I especially love the way the DM just rolls with everything so smoothly. Often I’m expecting him to need to pause and come up with an idea on how to react, but so far, nope! He continues to Deal out Homebrew creativity and care for his players.
Mmm I say “care” for the players, but not their characters necessarily. Some of these scraps are just…. So desperate and ugly… and Im excited to see how they get through, and what comes next.
