Gadi talks to us about her role as an MD at the LPG Association of South Africa which involves growing and sustaining the LPG industry through compliance and regulatory framework governing the industry. She shares with us how she hopes to fix the hurdles that makes it difficult for young, black professionals especially women to enter the industry. She reminds young, black professionals to starts exploring career opportunities in the LPG industry in South Africa and globally.  She shares with us some of the challenges she faced in corporate and how she overcomes those.
