Great Topics and Dialog
These podcasts are quiet enjoyable. Love the topics these guys bring up. Every podcast is fresh and unique. Would love to also hear them talk about dealing with the "uncertainties of life" Just turn on the news, and you can pick from a dozen. What are some ways to to lead through the unexpected bumps, challenges, and crisis that come our way? As leaders, how do we pull together the team and those around us?
Weekly Team Leadership Training
This podcast is like a discussion between two colleagues on a great senior leadership team. As a leader of a 23 person team, it is difficult to plan for everyone to get training classes in leadership and cyber security. My budget is challenged every year. Training and personal development is mandatory on my team and we look for opportunities to learn every day, week and month on different topics. This podcast is a masters degree in leadership offered each week with timely discussion on leadership topics. Keep up the great work guys!
