Coding Motivation
As someone who is just getting started in programming you learn a lot from these interviews and get a boost of motivation when you learn how others were able to get into programming. Also great to learn what resources are out there for you to learn to code.

Great intro to tech
Love episode 17 in season 6. Laurence does a great job presenting a conversational interview that gives coding and tech beginners like me a window into the industry. Good career lessons too!
