Kathy Saigon ,

Helpful even for nonpainters!

I’m a printmaker and collage artist (not a painter), and yet I still get so much value from the “Learn to Paint” podcast. The host asks really smart questions and I find that there are nuggets of wisdom I can apply to my own work. And who knows—maybe someday I will take the leap and become a painter! If so, I know where to look for guidance. ;-)

Cynthia Yosef ,

Excellent!

I really enjoy all the interviews and I learned so much! Wonderful artists interviewed, thank you. Can’t wait to listen to the next one.!

clarencecannon ,

Excellent interviewer, great content

While I don’t love every artist that is on the show, Kelly’s masterful observations and open, intuitive questions allow guests to truly answer with freedom and space. So many podcasters ask closed, leading questions that don’t allow folks to talk openly and flow from topic to topic. Talking about visual art in a non-visual medium can be a challenge and this podcast has found a way to do it in such an engaging and interesting way. I hope you never stop!
