Ronald Onyang is a climate activist from Uganda. He founded Green Investment Movement to raise awareness of the climate devastating investments while promoting opportunities to get involved in positive initiatives and businesses.
He shares a captivating story of how he came to understand climate impact when his family lost their income due to inadequate conditions for their agricultural business, which subsequently lead to him having to give up his opportunity to complete university. Inspired by Greta Thunberg, Vanessa Nakate, Licypriya Kangujam, and other young activists, he then decided to pursue his calling.
