Description
This is a rerun of one of our listener's favorites, recorded back in 2018 after having spent a full week at Färjås Yoga Retreat and meeting the founder, Konrad Swenninger. We sat down to record this episode immediately after 48 hours of total silence, and today it might give us some insights as to how to handle lockdown and quarantine.
Besides founding the retreat, he runs a humanitarian organization called Soteria International, working with the European Parliament and the United Nations. This proved to be a perfect opportunity to learn more about yoga and the spiritual path.
