Domestic violence often occur in same sex relationships experience just as much if not more as straight relationships. However, it seems to be taken less seriously than straight relationships. People don't often recognize the signs of abuse from a partner until it's too late. Jojo and Dayra discuss what domestic violence is defined as and why it isn't taking as seriously between same sex relationships. They go over the different types of abuse, examples of different signs most people don't recognize, and share their own personal experiences of potential violence in past relationships.
