I religiously listen to Jeremy’s podcast every Sunday morning. His practical hints and tips on better mental health have benefitted me greatly over the last 6 months. I look forward to hearing his views as he provides great content which I regularly share with family and friends. The email that I receive in my inbox every Thursday evening also helps contribute to calmness and mindfulness. Thanks Jeremy. Great content.

I love how this podcast breaks down the complex subjects of mental health into bite-size pieces that makes it so easy to understand and implement…especially for someone like me who suffered from depression, and is currently an overthinker and has intense anxiety.
