Let's Just Talk
I'm a guy who loves having a discussion and conversation with anyone on any topic as I love to learn, be entertained and meet new people. It's my hope that you enjoy these talks and the guests I have on, as much as I enjoyed creating them and that you feel like you're in the room and part of the discussion. May they be as informative as they are enjoyable and I hope you live a happy and balanced life. LET'S GO!!!

Great content!
Started following Adam on Instagram a few years ago because I wanted to try fasting. After many years of hearing breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I was sceptical 🥴 but I have found this way of life the best for me. Love his content. Always BRUTALLY honest 😅

I can’t get over how honest Adam is. His approach really hits home and makes complete sense. Thanks again Adam for all you.

It has been a while since I last recorded a podcast, but when Sam Forget calls me up and says we are long overdue for a catch up, I thought I'd hit record and have you come along for the chat. I hope you enjoy!
