Gregory Ekatah is joined by Mr Manoj Kumar (Consultant upper GI surgeon) and Helen Vosper (Chartered Ergonomist) to discuss Team Based Quality Reviews (TBQR), an innovative tool / approach to systems thinking in reviewing clinical practice. When things go wrong, or indeed reviewing excellence in clinical practice, TBQR offers a framework to approach these reviews. First TBQR course is on the 20th of May 2024 at RCSEd. 

In this episode,  Sesi Hotonu explores a very important topic for all clinicians involved in the care of children- child protection. She is joined by Dr Marianne Forrester, consultant paediatrician at the Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital. As lead for child protection at RACH, and chair of the RCPCH Scottish child protection committee, Dr Forrester takes us expertly through the recognition and management of the child at risk. 

The final episode of this series reflecting on when things go wrong. Gregory Ekatah and David Alderson explore the psychological impact on clinicians.
