It’s my moment of relaxation and it’s a busy parent it gives me a moment for literature and adventure in snippets of time I can actually give myself. Thank you for sharing your gift with us in these trying times. I have shared this podcast with several of my friends who struggled with depression and anxiety recently and all of them are now followers of this podcast. It’s just so much fun and such an adventure and as Levar always tells us, it helps us all to “take a deep breath”.
