Authentic chats about fitness and life ✨

One of my favourite podcasts. Feels like I’m sitting in on a chat between two friends who only want the best for you.
Sometimes it’s the gentle reminder to look after yourself. Dani and Sharelle chat about it all from journaling to eating micro nutrients, to training with intention or setting boundaries or leveling with a holistic approach to health and wellness. Sharelle and Dani are authentic, intelligent and hilarious - I highly recommend this podcast and following them online, I’ve learned so much and feel lighter and brighter (mentally and physically) every episode.
