I love this podcast. Their approach to healthy lifestyle changes is centered around common sense and small attainable changes. Too much politics
Some good stuff if you appreciate or if you can get past the conservatism. Not worth the effort, IMO, there are plenty of podcasts that teach similar material without forcing an ideology down your throat. Nice sound quality, obviously very prepared, the 2 is for political content only.
