George is an international best-selling, award-winning author, a veteran hostage negotiator, organizational and clinical psychologist, media spokesperson, consultant and global keynote speaker. Additionally, he is the Chairman and President of the Kohlrieser Leadership Institute based in Basel, Switzerland.

    George and I recently connected in the heart of the Swiss Alps, to facilitate the AHPL Program for former HPL participants. Together, under his leadership, we coached and trained senior leaders to become better versions of themselves. I am honoured to have him on the show, where we discuss his philosophy on leadership, the importance of managing emotions in difficult situations, and ways of improving leadership and negotiation competency.
