I was introduced to Dr. Paulvin’s podcast from a friend who said she listens during her workouts. I listen to a lot of podcasts and love the information on his show. I can use so much of this advice and information in my own life. What great guests! Dr. Paulvin asks so many great questions and is a terrific interviewer to keep the show interesting and informative!
