I’m officially done wearing the “collegiate student athlete” hat and it has been a jarring transition. Join me as I talk about what that transition has been like and the lessons that I have been pondering on in my time post graduation!

The changing of the weather signifies more than just pumpkin spice lattes and fall scented candles, it means back to the grind of student athlete life for those us of playing collegiate sports.
