Edward Jones presents CEO in 10 with Ed Tazzia, Chairman of P&G Alumni Network hosted by Rick Tocquigny.
Today's topics and questions include:
1. For start ups and even established businesses, especially family businesses, the transition from the founder or the patriarch can be very challenging. What have you found is essential in these transitions?
2. Another challenge for start ups and small businesses is that most of the people who runs these businesses have no real training in marketing yet marketing is critical to their success. I understand you have written a book for companies and people like these. Can you tell us something about that?
3. You said that Crafting Persuasion grew out of your work with the US Government. Does this approach work for non-profits and NGOs as well as businesses?
4. I understand you’ve been doing some other training as well. Teaching companies how to write the Procter one page memo. Tell us about that.
